Below is a list of Open Homes provided by the MLS in the area. Remember visiting Open Homes is a great way to begin your home search. Viewing homes in the areas that interest you will give you an opportunity to experience different neighborhoods, and the homes that are currently on the market.
Open House Tip #1: The easiest way to be left alone while viewing an open home is to hand the agent your agent's card. This way, they know you are already represented, and will address your agent and not you.

Open House Tip #2: One of the most telling questions answered is, simply: "Why are they selling?"
An informed agent should be able to tell you accurately why a seller would leave their home. The range of answers can be great. From retirement, they outgrew it, long time tenant moved out, too much house, too much work, there are many possible reasons for selling. Each reason may shed light on the motivation of the seller or what you may expect if you decided to buy it.
Open House Tip #3: If you travel to a new open house in a neighborhood you may have interest in, take your time. It is a good idea to check out other homes if they are open, even if they are not on your list. Viewing these homes can tell you more about how the real estate market is in that particular neighborhood.
Open House Tip #4: Ask the agent if they have any comparables handy. Often times, the agent holding the home open will have information on neighboring homes (on or off market). This may shed light on how the property you are in stacks up to other homes for sale.
